Unless you are hunting with us as a client of Professional Guide Vern Humble, please keep in mind the following realities of non-guided hunting.
Our captains and crews are not allowed to assist in any of the actual hunt such as spotting, shooting, processing or packing your animal, nor supply any gear for your hunt. That is not our vessel rule but state law. Each day we will transport you to your chosen hunting area and supply you with a VHF Radio to contact us for your pick up each day. For safety we urge you to hunt in groups of at least two. We offer early spring hunts for black bear along the coastal area out of Homer, combo bear/deer in September in Prince William Sound, and fall deer hunts in Kodiak.
